I have to change my score, the customer service came through for me. They were really delayed in their response, but came through with a whole new unit with out question. She explained that some packaging had gotten out with the wrong wording. The new unit arrived today and works as advertised. I will push the review back up to at least a four star.
The packaging says it works to -40 F, but the web site says to 0 F. It was -16 F the other day it the product said it was 0. I took it back to where I bought. For my purpose it was worthless. And by the way no response from an email I sent to the company.
